Projects & Delivery questions

Can our delivery team run all its project tracking in MaverickHR?

Yes. It covers epics, features, stories, bugs and tasks with issue keys, sprints, backlog, custom workflows, dependencies, burndown and velocity — and adds leave-aware capacity, resource allocation and project profitability, so you don't need a separate tracker.

How is project cost calculated?

From the people on the project: salaried staff are costed from their salary structure and allocation %, contractors from their hourly or daily rate, plus any direct expenses you record.

Does capacity planning account for leave?

Yes. Capacity starts from each person's working days in the sprint and removes approved leave and company holidays, then converts it to points at your chosen points-per-day.
