Payroll & Compensation questions
Can MaverickHR run payroll for more than one country?
Yes. Each pay profile is a country rulebook with its own currency, tax year, components, wage bases and tax slabs. The built-in setup guide currently covers India and Malaysia.
What happens if a payroll run has a mistake after it's finalized?
Finalized runs are locked and payslips are issued, so history stays intact. Corrections are made in a later run as adjustments or arrears.
Do attendance and leave flow into payroll automatically?
Yes. Loss-of-pay days, overtime, night pay, comp-off and approved expense claims are picked up by the payroll run for the month.
